Custom features

The default iwocaPay integration covers the most common use cases. However, depending on your business model, you may need additional capabilities. The following features are available — speak to your Account Manager or contact us to discuss enabling them for your account.

These features are also available if you use one of our plugins.

Flexible payouts (delayed capture): By default, iwocaPay pays you as soon as the customer completes checkout. If you need to confirm stock availability, fulfil the order, or verify the goods before receiving payment, you can enable flexible payouts. This places a hold on the payment for a configurable period (set in hours), during which you can either confirm the order (triggering payout) or cancel it.

Common use cases: drop-shipping, made-to-order goods, or any scenario where you can’t guarantee fulfilment at the point of checkout.

Custom trading name: If the business name on your iwocaPay account doesn’t match the brand your customers know, you can set a custom trading name that’s displayed to customers during checkout.
